Chesapeake bay nitrates as obtained from EPA in 1993.
Use awk or other text tool to extract the data for one sampling 
(may be more than one day).
Data are in geographic coordinates, x is latitude and y longitude.
The data need to be projected and format adjusted before interpolation.
